• Complimentary Round: Must be used on your first visit after signing up. Family memberships do not include an additional complimentary round.

• Registration Fee: Non-refundable.

• Loyalty Points: Only the primary pass holder may earn points. Your membership must be active to earn or redeem points.

• Bar & Grill Discount: Applies to the pass holder only and excludes buffets, happy hour, specials and alcohol.

• Guest Rates: Guests pay 15% above the card holder’s rate.

• Tee Time Availability: Tee times are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. There are no blackout dates.

• Booking Allowance: If you book multiple tee times and the total number of players exceeds your membership tier’s allowance, additional charges will apply. For prepaid reservations, you will be charged the difference. Otherwise, your rate will be adjusted at check-in without further notice.

• Booking Window: Members forfeit their pass holder rate if any portion of a tee time reservation falls outside their membership tier’s permitted booking window.

Desert Canyon Plus – Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

Desert Canyon Plus (“the Program”) provides membership benefits at Desert Canyon Golf Club. By enrolling in the Program or using its benefits, members agree to these Terms and Conditions. Desert Canyon Golf Club reserves the right to amend these Terms at its sole discretion.

2. Membership Options & Fees

• Desert Canyon +: A one-time registration fee of $299.99, with no monthly dues.

• Premium Plus Upgrade: An annual fee of $650, paid in full at purchase.

• Range Pass: An annual fee of $500, paid in full at purchase.

3. Benefits & Booking

• Booking windows vary by membership tier. All tee times are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

• Guest privileges are limited to those included in the member’s selected program.

• Golf shop, restaurant, and driving range discounts apply only to the member unless otherwise specified.

4. Prohibited Use

Members may not:

• Book a tee time outside their permitted booking window, then cancel and rebook the same or a similar tee time within that window to obtain a lower rate.

• Share or transfer membership benefits to non-members unless expressly permitted.

Violations may result in charges at the original booking rate, adjustments to past or future charges, termination of membership, or a ban from future participation in the Program.

5. Limitations of Liability

Desert Canyon Golf Club is not responsible for:

• Lost, misdirected, or delayed applications, correspondence, or benefits.

• Theft or unauthorized redemption of discounts, loyalty points, or other benefits.

• Typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or incorrect descriptions in Program information.

• Acts or omissions of third parties, including participating facilities.

Desert Canyon Golf Club reserves the right to correct errors at any time without notice.

6. Termination of Membership

Desert Canyon Golf Club may deny, suspend, or terminate membership at its sole discretion and without written notice. Upon termination, all membership benefits and accumulated loyalty points are forfeited.

7. Member Agreement

By purchasing a membership, upgrade, or pass online or in person, including through the golf shop, members acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation: Desert Canyon + cards may be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued. Upon cancellation, all card benefits end.
