Desert Canyon Golf Club acknowledges that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, to maintain operational efficiency and ensure fairness to all guests, we enforce a strict 48-hour advance cancellation policy for all tee times, including any reduction in group size.

• The credit card holder is responsible for all applicable charges if changes or cancellations are not made within this timeframe.

• The individual making the reservation, whether for one (1), two (2), three (3), or four (4) players, shall be financially responsible for any no-show fees associated with missing players.

• Cancellations must be communicated to the Golf Shop at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tee time to avoid penalties.

• Tee times booked inside the cancelation window will be prepaid.

• By booking a tee time online or in our golf shop, you understand that course conditions may change without notice, including cart path restrictions.

Prepaid Tee Times: Tee times prepaid through Golf District are non-refundable and are not subject to our standard cancellation policy.

A booked tee time secures a reserved slot in our system, making it unavailable to other players. Failure to arrive for a scheduled reservation without prior cancellation will result in a full no-show charge to the credit card on file.

• The reserving party is liable for the total fee of any absent players within their group.

• No-show fees are non-negotiable and will be processed automatically.

• To avoid penalties, please notify the Golf Shop of any changes to your booking at least 48 hours in advance.

Rain Checks

• Less than 3 holes played: Eligible for an 18-hole rain check

• 3–14 holes played: Eligible for a 9-hole rain check

• 15 or more holes played:No rain check will be issued

• No Rain Checks for Twilight Rounds

Important Notes

• If a player chooses to start their round while it is already raining and conditions worsen, no rain check will be issued.

• Rain checks will not be issued due to windy conditions.

• Rain checks must be redeemed according to the terms specified at the time of issue and are not transferable.

• Rain checks cannot be issued for injuries.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our goal is to ensure that all players receive fair value while maintaining clear, consistent policies.

✅ Appropriate Attire: Collared full-sleeved shirts or mock turtlenecks are required for men
✅ Inappropriate Attire: Jeans or jean shorts that are tattered or have holes. Tank tops, T-shirts, Cut-off tops, or Cut-off shorts
✅ Golf Spike Rule: Soft spikes only. No metal spikes are allowed. Tennis shoes are also permitted.

By booking a tee time at Desert Canyon Golf Club, all guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Resident Rates: A valid Arizona driver’s license or Arizona State ID is required to receive the resident rate from October through May.

• Rate Adjustments: The booked rate is final and cannot be modified at check-in. If a reservation is made using the Public booking option, the cardholder waives the right to a resident or discounted rate.

• Cart Policy: Singles are expected to share a cart with other players. Individual carts are available upon request for an additional fee of $20.

• Alcohol Policy: Pursuant to state law, the possession or consumption of outside alcohol on the premises is strictly prohibited.

Failure to adhere to these policies may result in removal from the premises and/or future booking restrictions.
