Desert Canyon Plus – Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview
Desert Canyon Plus (“the Program”) is a membership benefit program providing various benefits at Desert Canyon Golf Club. By enrolling or using Program benefits, members agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Desert Canyon Golf Club reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at its sole discretion.

2. Membership Options & Fees

  • DC Plus: $299 one-time sign-up fee. No monthly dues.

  • Premium Plus: $75/month, or $59/month with annual commitment. Requires a $299 sign-up fee.

  • 9-Hole Range Pass: $39/month. May be purchased separately by any guest.

All memberships are billed on the 1st of each month (where applicable). Registration fees are non-refundable.

3. Benefits & Booking

  • Members receive extended booking windows based on their tier. Tee times are not guaranteed.

  • Guest privileges apply as described in the membership benefits.

  • Discounts in the golf shop, restaurant, and driving range apply only to the member unless otherwise noted.

  • Premium Plus members may receive access to leagues, clinics, and loyalty bonuses.

4. Registration & Renewal

  • The month-to-month and annual premiums, plus upgrades, automatically renew every month or every 12 months unless canceled by the member.

  • If a member’s premium plus upgrade expires or is canceled, and their plus membership is still current, their membership will revert to plus without requiring a new registration fee.

5. Prohibited Use
It is a violation of these Terms to:

  • Book tee times outside your allowed window, then cancel and rebook the same or similar time inside the window to gain a better rate.

  • Share or transfer membership benefits to non-members unless specifically permitted.

Violations may result in the member being charged the original booking rate, adjustment of past and future charges, and possible membership termination or banishment.

6. Limitations of Liability
Desert Canyon Golf Club is not responsible for:

  • Any loss, misdirection, or delay of applications, correspondence, or benefits.

  • Theft or unauthorized redemption of discounts, loyalty points, or benefits.

  • Errors published in relation to the Program, including typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or misdescriptions.

  • Acts or omissions of third parties, including participating facilities.

Desert Canyon Golf Club reserves the right to correct errors at any time without notice.

7. Termination of Membership
Desert Canyon Golf Club may deny, suspend, or terminate membership at its sole discretion and without written notice. Upon termination, all benefits and loyalty points are forfeited.

8. Agreement
By purchasing a pass online, in person, or through the golf shop, members acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
